Our Story

Since 2012, Boog's Burner Catering has brought the Bay Area World Class Competition Grade BBQ at very affordable prices. Since then, our fearless leader, Chef Kyle "Styles" McGrath has done more than refined an old tradition, he's now a Le Cordon Bleu Graduate who has been an intrical contributor to the opening of your favorite restaurant brands…

Now, Chef Kyle would like to offer his culinary experience influenced by the many different kitchens he has been in with a great new concept.



Guided by an international palate, Chef Kyle fuses his lifetime love for food, traditional french culinary training and unique techniques from around the world to create the most interesting flavors and textures for every dish. Properly Seasoned Kitchen makes everything in small batches from our home for Daily Specials and Crowd Favorites to achieve optimal flavor. All large events such as weddings and private booking of 20 people or more are done out of our commercial kitchen in Emeryville to make sure food is prepared, stored and delivered Safely!
